For the agency’s core flow, yes. Bookings, packages, itineraries, customers, suppliers, collections and reports are managed in one platform: a quote converts into a booking and the invoice is issued from the file, with no parallel spreadsheets. The platform does not export reports to Excel or PDF.

To invoicing, yes: the invoice and its reversal are issued from the booking file via 4invoices.net. Customer payments are tracked on the file — a payment schedule with deposit and instalments, payments recorded by card, transfer or cash, and the balance to collect.
