Build, price and sell tour packages and circuits — from reusable templates
Assemble packages and circuits from components (accommodation, transport, transfers, excursions), each with its supplier, cost and price, start from the package's default markup and publish departures with limited seats. A circuit built once is cloned and resold season after season.
What the tour packages module does
Build from components
Add accommodation, transport, transfers and excursions as lines in a package — each with its supplier, quantity, cost, selling price and VAT rate. No more fragile spreadsheet formulas.
Default markup per package
Every package has a default markup percentage to start from when you set prices. Each line's cost and price stay visible, so you see the margin before you sell.
Clonable templates
A circuit built once becomes a template: clone it, adjust dates and prices and put it on sale for next season, without rebuilding it.
Departures with limited seats
For each package you define departures with a date, total seats, price per person and a status: open, closed, guaranteed or cancelled. Free seats are calculated from options and confirmations.
From package to quote and booking
The client's quote is linked to the package and the departure, and when the client accepts it you convert it into a booking, with the lines carried over from the quote.
Packages by destination
Each package has its destination and duration, and the sales report grouped by destination shows how much you sold and at what margin.
You build the package from components with their costs, set prices starting from the default markup and add departures with their available seats. The client's quote is linked to the package; when the client accepts, it becomes a booking and the sale flows into the sales and margin reports.
