The platform’s only ready-to-use integration is invoicing via 4invoices.net, the sister brand in the 4b2b ecosystem. From the booking file you issue the customer invoice and, when needed, its reversal, starting from the data already in the file: the customer, the line items and the amounts. You no longer copy information from one program to another or double-check that the invoice total matches the booking. Issuing stays an action taken by the agent, when the file is ready to be invoiced.

From booking to collection, in the same file

The money on a booking is tracked in the platform, not in a separate system. You generate the payment schedule — a deposit as a percentage of the total and instalments with due dates —, record each payment received (card, transfer, cash) and see the balance still to collect on the file. Commissions for the agent or supplier are calculated on demand, as a percentage of the selling value, and can accrue as payments come in. Payments are recorded by the agent; the platform does not send payment links or reminders to customers.

What does not connect: GDS, OTAs, channel managers

To be direct: 4AgencyTravel has no connectors to GDS, OTAs or channel managers and does not sync supplier availability or rates in real time. Availability is kept in the platform: the room or seat allotments you receive from suppliers, with their release date, and package departures, with capacity, confirmed seats and seats on option. On confirmation, the platform checks the remaining seats and refuses to overbook. If your agency’s model depends on automatic supplier sync, we tell you so from the start.

Custom integrations: analysis first, quote after

If you want the platform to exchange data with another agency system — an accounting program, a website, an existing CRM —, we start with an analysis: what data needs to flow, in which direction, how often and who uses it. We check what each system allows, estimate the effort and quote only for what is feasible. We don’t sell generic “connect to anything” integrations; some requests are better solved with a change of process, and then we recommend the cheaper option.
