Supplier and contract management — hotels, transport, allocations and commissions

Keep all your agency's suppliers in one place — hotels, transport companies, transfers — with their contracts, room and seat allocations and commissions. See how much of each allocation you've used and release what you haven't sold in time.

What the suppliers module does

Supplier base

Hotels, transport companies, transfers and local services, each with its type, tax ID, contact details, destination and default commission — no more digging through old emails.

Contracts with a validity period

For each supplier you save contracts with their validity period, currency, whether they are commissionable and the negotiated terms.

Room and seat allocations

On a contract you define allocations: rooms or seats on a given date, the contracted quantity, the cost per unit and the release date.

No over-allocation

Confirming a booking draws from the allocation, and the platform refuses the draw if it exceeds the contracted quantity. You always see how much is used and how much is left.

Release on time

As the release date approaches, you release the unused part of the allocation so you're not left with contracted rooms nobody bought.

Commissions per booking

For each booking you record the supplier's commission as a percentage of the sale and mark it collected, separately from the agency margin.

You register the supplier and its contract, define room or seat allocations, draw from them when confirming bookings and release the unused part on the release date. Commissions are recorded on each booking and show up in the commissions report.

Frequently asked questions about supplier management

Yes. Each supplier contract keeps its validity period, currency, terms and the cost per unit of its allocations. The price of each service you sell is entered on the package or booking line.
